The HPE C-series SN8500C Director Switch provide up to 24 terabits per second (Tb/s) of Fibre Channel (FC) system bandwidth and 384 (8 slots) or 192 (4 slots) 4/8/16/32 Gb/s, 10 Gb/s full line rate FC ports or 384 (8 slots) or 192 (4 slots) 10 GbE FCoE ports in a single chassis.
 Existing 16 Gbps customers can transparently move to 32 Gbps speeds without the need for a major equipment upgrade as the 48-port 32 Gbps Fibre Channel Switching module can easily be inserted into existing HPE C-series SN8500C Directors.
